Using unauthorized bills and cheating customers

I vijay merapala went to euro kids baby shoppee located at #201, Sriram nagar colony

puppalagudem, hyderabad.i purchased some items worth of 1600 rupees. i made to pay the amount through my axis bank debit card. As i asked the manager to give me a bill to respose that manager said they are not providing any bills after some discussion they made a duplicate bill without any authorized details. so far they are running their business without permissions and all. please make an action. i have all the evidences to submit
