ABUSING LANGUAGE

Hi

I got a call from 04032561079 & 04032210311 i mid night at : 01.51 with abusing language which words cannot be described.

We cross checked in morning we got response from that number that it belong to FIRST FLIGHT COURIER COMPNAY MADHAPUR & GACHIBOWLI BRANCH

But they are refusing to give the person name and straight away telling us that day no one has worked in night hours.

If they have not worked in night hours does " any ghost called from that number"

We personally met Mr. Adarsh Sanghi of Operationa Manager who lead hyderabad team.

He told us to not to give any legal complaint and it spoils the company image and name he will cross check and inform us the person name. But till time we have not got any response from Mr. Adrash Sanghi too

Bening in service industry they should speak to any customer in polite manner.

What they are doing in late night...? are they drinking and tease the person from there office land line number...
