FOOTBALL with PUMP
DAMAGE

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I bought a Football with Pump in your Darjeeling branch on 13/03, at 18:10 hrs. vide Receipt No. 0063812, while we where at a family tour to Darjeeling.

Back to home, we found a leakage in the ball when we pumped for the first time.

We went to our local Big Bazaar and reported the damage.

First of all the authorities in Deoghar Big Bazaar refused to change the materials purchased from another branch.

But after a long argument they changed the Ball (without checking the ball).

At home we again found the ball leaking when it was pumped for the first time.

When we went and complained about the fault and asked to change the Ball, we where refused for the same.

You are there fore requested to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate step at the very earliest.
