Delivery Not Done Yet

Hi, I had ordered an Mitashi - Kids Guitar for a kid on 02.07.2011.

Order No : 5029984830. But I had not received yet. And when do I call them the answer is "Your product is already shipped. You will receive within 48 hours." This lines were told by all operators since 5 days. And no further action was taken for my product. Even though when I called for cancellation, they told that u reject the delivery whenever the product comes to home and then u will get your refund money back. But the delivery was not done till date so I cant cancel also my order till date. The service is very poor and representatives are also very rude from Future Bazaar.com.
