Illegal Construction

I am resident of G-28/86, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi. I would like to infom you that I have already filed complaint through call at 100 no. on 24th April at 1200 hrs. against my neighbour (G-28/87, Sector -3 Rohini. He has constructed the gate over the sewer and the same constructed front of our house apart from that building has 4 floor and above that he has placed an umbrella covering his entire roof because that during rain all water comes at our roof also he has covered both side balcony, even i doubt whether he has map for the same or not. we have not got any response from the Delhi Police on the same day, it seems that either the concerened person is corrupt and have taken a bribe or he is not serios with his duties as well as public grieviences. Please look into the matter asap. thanks.
