Extreme Noise from Generato

I am extremely tortured from the noise coming from my neighbour's generator. I am suffering from severe Headache from past few months just because of that irritating noise coming from there genset.

So many times, i told them to please co-operate and do somethiig for there generator set e.g. i suggested them to use a canoppy for there generator so that it become less noisy.. but they didn't do anything. Then i told them to please don't turn there generator on between 11PM to 7AM but still they are not co=operating.

Please Help me out Sir.. I lost my sleep which i think is the fundamental right of all of us..Please do something..
