Gross misbehaviour with consumer by Counter In-charge (Cash) at Fantassy Ventures, Ganga Complex, Main Road, Kankarbagh, Patna

Being a member of Giny & Jony consumer Club, I have been informed by the company about discount of upto 50% and in addition 5% extra to members on showing their card for purchase of Readymade garments from any Giny & Jony outlet; on my personal mobile. Accordingly, I went to M/s Fantassy Ventures, Ganga Complex, Main Road, Kankarbagh, Patna for purchase of desired goods on 28.6.12 evening. After selecting the garments, I alongwith my family members approached to the cash counter and asked for tarriff of discount on selected items. The person on counter has told flat discount on selected items. When I submitted the card and asked for additional 5% discount; the person in-charge of cash counter shouted vehementally and tried to misbehave and insult me before my family.By that time; invoice was not raised. I strongly put up my claim showing message on my mobile, but the said person refused to give any discount of 5% in addition and I was felt betrayed by the shop outlet. My retali invoice No.- is FDS-21 dated-28.6.12. Please look into the matter and punish erring official of the outlet; so that there should not be any question mark on the branded product.
