Bought item is not shipped. No response from customer care

I bought a Mattel Uno Attack 41943 through hindglobal.in - http://www.hindglobal.in/product/mattel-uno-attack-41943/7166.aspx on 13th February for Rs799 and Rs.45 shipping charge that is for a total of Rs.844. Order number 816056. The status of the item shows approved in their site

I had mailed them in their customer - customercare@hindglobal.in with no reply for more than a week. Then tried their customer care number which they don't pick many times. After trying a lot, got them on Friday (17th February) when they told they will ship on Friday and it was delayed due to Valentine orders. But there is no intimation after that and it is almost a week. No replies for mails and not picking up calls. I am not sure how they are doing the business. Please let me know how I should go about this?
