Dear Sir/mam

I am uma ramamurthi and residing at 43/506, Inmgersol street, Rajaji Puram, Tiruvallur 602 001. This is my own house. The meter what we r having is not upto the quality and because of low voltage in my area it got burnt and I have three phase connection. When I requested for the Electrical persons who is incharge are not responding properly and they are using filthy languages and asking for bribes 2 replace the meter. My husband goes thrice a week for this problems and he also retired from the executive post and no body over electricity office gives respect. The higher officials had to look into this and take necessary action to rectify the problems.
