Garbage Dumping in vacant site

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Madhan residing at #62, 4th cross, Ashok Nagar, bangalore-560050, I would like to register a complaint against the site owner of our opposite vacant land owner and residents who lives in and around the site. as they dump all the garbage dump in the vacant site which has access to all the residents, which is causing a lot of problems to us due to stinking and also became mosquito haven.
