Improper door delivary

Dear sir! `iam, GANDI .VENKATA RAMA RAO, from veeravalli village, bapulapadu mandal krishna dist Pin:521110.andrapredesh. My cosumer no : 12691.

I am using Indane gas for the last 12 years. Now a days I am very much feeling for the ill treatment of your local staff. I am not getting my refill cylender in time. They are not delivering at my home address. But they are charging door delivary charges. Please do the needfull at an earlyest date.
