Huggies Dry Comfort
Loyality points not credited

Some days back I purchased Huggies Dry Comfort diapers, pack of 40. As per the offer there is a coupon with a unique code on it which needs to be sent to 575758 for the loyality point to be added to the account (which I have) so that once sufficient points are accumalated, one could redeem teh points for baby goodies offered by huggies. On 23rd I messaged the unique code to 575758, however the points were not credited to my account and I received a message stating it was an invalid code. I called the toll free number to check why despite sending the code for the 1st time, I got and invalid code error. The attendant asked me to resend the code and check. I did follow the instruction, but to no avail. I called up the toll free number again and informed her about the whole thing, to which I was informed that this issue was escalated to the technical team and since my number is registered with them they would get back to me with the complaint number and also the reason for the occurence. However since then I've been waiting for a revert on this. I do not think it takes 3 days to provide a compliant number. Very disappointing to get such a customer service... and then they talk about LOYALTY
