Sub standard Quality of diapers in India

Hi,

The huggies diapers that I am using here are far low in quality that I use in the US.

The diapers that we use in US can retain the moisture for 8-10 hours wihout leaking whereas the ones that I am buying here hardly last for 4-5 hours. When I am paying 10 Rs per diaper, am I not eligible for a better quality?

Isn't the company following any standards for its products all over the world or is it that India is being considered as a dumpyard for low quality goods?

I need an explanation for not maintaining the same quality in India and if that cannot be maintained atleast I need some compensation or reduction in price.
