Flat Nos. 161, 173 and 177 in Pocket-D, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 have unauthorisedly constructed additional accommodation in the said DDA flats. The have occupied extra space situated on common areas. Flat No161 is having a tent house and has encroached on space on all the three sides restricting thre approach passage for the occupants of 1st and upper floors. Flat Nos 173 and 177 have constructed additional accommodation and advanced further on the common passage / space. Cooler stands put up by the occupants of flat nos. 161 and 173 also obstruct the passage of those residing on the upper floors. Occupants of flat Nos. 161 and 177 park their cars in front of their flats and do not allow other to park their vehicles in the common space as if they own it. The flat No. 161 has ntry from three sides. They have covered additional space causing hinderance in the day to day activities of the other residents of the blocks housing flat Nos. 162 to 192. The ocupants of these three flats pick up quarrels with others and terrorise them and also damage the cars etc belonging to other residents. So much so that the occupant of flat No. 173 has removed the drain pipe linking the balconies of flat Nos. 170, 171 and 172 and has threatened the occupants of dire consequences if they wash clothes etc in the balconies and otherwise put water in the drain pipe.

2 Appropriate MCD, DDA and police authorities are requested to take suitanle action in the matte
