Didnt delivered orde

I ordered 1 twin soft toy pillow worth Rs. 199, order no.30000012718 from Indiatimes shopping online on 6th dec thereafter i come to know that item order by me wrongly delivered to somebody else in New Delhi, thereafter i called customer care and launched complaint (Case Id: 39180) for the same and also i marked this order for cancellation. thereafter indiatimes shopping called me 2-3 times for confirmation of cancellation but they didnt take any action. then i called them many times but they used to say money will refund in 2-3 days and they used to keep phone on hold for long time. but till date i didnt received my amount refund from India times shopping.
