APPLIED FOR A NEW CONNECTION ON 18.01.2010 AND paid a cheque for Rs 2207 vide SBM, ANNA NAGAR CHENNAI for a connection at AH 165, 3RD STREET, SHANTHI COLONY, ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI 40 your emplee Mr Prem confirm that the connection will be given within 3 days but until now no information recd. Icontacted your representative Mr Prem vide Phone NO; 9884701800 and intimated to return the amount paid, as the connection was not given in time and now I got connection from BSNL. But until now my refund payment not recd and am requesting to instruct your rep to cancel the order and return the payment immd.
