NUISANCE AND NOISE

Respected Sir / Madam,

Iam Mohan, residing at "E" - Block, M.M.D.A. Colony, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106, Tamil Nadu. My neighhour borewell motor is fixed on our wall and creating hell a lot of noise inside our home. We have requested them numerous time to fix the motor problem or change the location of Motor, but all our requests are of Vain.

My mom is a patient and find extremely hard to take rest at home, ast our neighbour's motor is on almost day & night. As a matter of fact, childrens in our home cannot study and prepare for their exams as well, due to the extra ordinary noise distraction.

Secondly, illegally they built 3rd floow without plan approval and the water slope is wrongly diverted to our home for the sealing of the rooms. This is absolutely wrong and the authorities are kindly requested to intervent in this matter.
