Individual Passport
Delay in issue of Passport

I have applied for a fresh Passport for me alongwith my spouse and was registered on 16 Apr. Our application was registered in the Passport Office ERNAKULAM (Cochin) vide file no. COC-CO12566-10 vide Key no. 6701256610 dated 16-04. My details are Name - PADMALAYAM VASUDEVANNAIR RAVINDRANATHAN NAIR Date of birth -26-09-1938. Although four and a half months passed neither I have received my new Passport and the old one. My spouse Mrs PADMAVATHY RAVINDRANATHAN NAIR has already received her Passport on Ist Jun. Please check up the reasons for holding my request to issue passport. I have enquired my town Police station about the sending of police verification. In their records my application and police verification documents has not been received by them. So what I have to do now to get my old and new passport.
