Black market of govt. subsidy kerosene

Mr. Tarun Bikash Dutta of V-1/12, Gostotala, Kamdahari, Garia, Kolkaya-700084, is a kerosene dealer of Taltala, Kamdahari, Garia, Kol-84, used to deprieved authorised ration card holder who have right to received Govt. subsidy kerosene from him, But Mr. Tarun Dutta, many times refused to supply this kerosene and sold in nearby black market of Boral Bazar, Garia @ 3 times of normal price.By this type illegal job he own two 3-storied house, one maruti van, one schooter, Computer, one beauty parlour, one grocery shop etc. As far as I know he not giving Income Tax Return even earnig huge money by dealing illegally
