Poor Service & Inferior quality of Kids products

I bought a toy battery car from Kidzon, Mylapore, Chennai on 24th October for Rs.6, 200/-. The said product was very very poor in quality. Even after two days, the car got repaired and the same was rectified after 2 days. After 3 days, the rod connecting the back wheels was broken. But even after a month, they are unable to replace the spare parts. Their staff members also are very poor in responding the customers.
