Non Supply of PINK TEDDY BEAR

Dear Sir,

I have placed an ORDER of PINK TEDDY BEAR for my daughter's newly born baby on 07/08 from best-buy, com. The amount of Rs399/- was debited to my HDFC CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT for Order No.#100000846 of same day and that was reflected in my Card Statement dated 19/082011.

But to my surprised the same has not either on my address or on shipping address delivered till today. I request you to BLACK LIST such suppliers so that person like me should not be harassed.
