Window in front of Bedroom Window

Dear Sir,

My neighbor is constructing building under some (so call NANO Project) project in the Area of Serampore Municipality under Government of West Bengal and constructing a window of kitchen room in front of window of my bedroom. After several conversation and request with the owner (owner is a lady and widow) the same has not yet blocked. We are facing so much of problem and losing our privacy. Construction not yet completed. I have also discussed the matter with our local councilor and he is neutral in this matter. I have discussed the matter with the promoter and he assured me that they would blocked the same but not yet completely blocked. It is not possible by my family members to watch every time whether windows blocked or not. I am also out of station right now due to my service. Ladies of her family are using bad language whenever see my family members (my wife and mother).

I would also like to add that 2 windows are in my bedroom in the area of her kitchen room.

You are requested to kindly suggest/advice me the solution to resolve the issue or problem which I am facing.
