Running commercial bussiness in residential place

Dear Sir,

This is regarding a complaint against Mr. Bharat Kothari, who is running his manufacturing company in the name of Laxmi Manufacturer, in the residential place, i.e., 28/209-210, Motilal Nagar (III), Opposite Subash Nagar, M.G. Road, Goregaon (West), Mumbai 400 090, which is creating many problems in the area. We had made many complaints against them before but nothing has done as of yet. Now, for the last month, we people are facing drainage problems as he has made his company "Triplex" which is not permissible by MHADA, but nothing has done by MHADA also. We had requested him to quit the company, but he said nothing will be done, whatever you people wanted to do you can do it or else you can call any of them, but he would not quit the company. Please help us from the "Gundaraj" of this company.
