Dear Sir,

i bring to your kind notice that, my husband had a policy no.841316854. he was passed away on 16.10.2009 in a cracker godown fire. for that sum assured were given. But risk still kept in pending. all documents were submitted by us. no one answering me in puttur branch. i asked to divisional office also. they replied me, your claim is not forwarding to divisional office. So, please look into this matter and do the needful ASAP
