Dear sir, im a alert and responsible citizen of Delhi.i want to inform u that Mr.vinod sethi is constructing his new home@block-A-3/260 paschim vihar.they always put the construction material on the road.which is totally illegal.the water is blocked here which can cause DENGUE, MALARIA AND MANY MORE DISEASES.all the residents of A-3 block are suffered.we requet u to take strict action against him...(frm-rwa members)
