Overpriced product sale by Surj Enterprises, Gurgaon India: Consumer Complaint

Hello,

We purchased "Tumblin Monkeys" game (Toy # 52563, Surj shop's bill memo # 11485; shop telephone # 91 98 119 12367) from Surj Enterprises, SG 08 Galleria, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon (VAT # 06321824252) on 24th April'10. Shopkeeper charged us Rs 599 however when we saw the labelled price at home we found it Rs 499. When approcahed shopkeeper he told that now the price has chnage din new lot to Rs 599 so even for this old lot where price is labelled as 499 Rs, he will not follow the ethical business practice and we can talk to Mattel as even they are saying to charge Rs 599 for old lot which is labellet at Rs 499.

Pl look into the matter ASAP else I will be forced to go all out and canvass the unethical business practice by Mattel and Surj all over and will also lodge a complain in cunsumer court, India for the unethical business practices and selling product on more than the labelled MRP (maximum retail price).
