Health hazard in neighbourhood

Sir,

I am complaining from 10A/11, shakti nagar, new delhi-110007

this is bring to your kind attention that plot no. 10A/10, shakti nagar, new delhi-110007

(near parnami mandir) has become dumping ground of garbage as the land of this plot is left vacant (without construction) for the past 2-3 yrs and the land is not yet cleaned even once by the land owner, due to which the land has become home for flies & mosquitoes. even the mcd employee (jamadar) throw all the garbage there. it has become the breeding ground of diseases in the neighborhood causing concerns for serious health hazards.

I hopefully request the authority to look into the matter & oblige.
