With reference to Hon’ble Administrative Officer, A.P.S.L..S.A, HYDERABAD Lr No. ROC.No. 872/LSA dated 31.01.2012 I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE Please take issue necessary orders for solve the problem.

I, T.V.N Lalitha submitted my grief before you for consideration and favorable orders please.

I have been filed M.C No.29 in The Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Tuni East Godavari district. The case was disposed on 24.12.2010 directing the respondents to pay Rs. 700/- per month as maintenance from 20.08.2010.

Accordingly my advocate Shri G.Venkata Subba Raju field CRMP 1307, MC No:29 to pay an amount of Rs 4200 /- from the respondent. But the respondent has paid only an amount of Rs 1000/- towards maintenance. But remaining amount he did not pay. I have moved to my advocate Shri G.Venkata Subba Raju and requested several times his to facilitate to give the balance money from the respondent.

But my advocate Shri G.Venkata Subba Raju polluted with respondent and has not taken any action against the respondent no filing any petition for giving the balance amount.

I was vexed totally from the advocates behavior and taken my case papers along with NOC and entrusted the case to Shri Salugu Krishna Shekar, Advocate, Tuni but days are rolling but he also did not file any petion before Hon’ble Court to execute the maintenance grant with all the events I had no other way to approach except you as I am residing lonely without any financial assistance.

As a woman I pray your kind Honour to accept my case and pass suitable orders has deemed fit and proper in the afore said circumstances with folded hands.
