Illegal extension of house

Please note that we bought the house last year, and the house was locked by the previous owner since last 20 years. All our neighr were using the space in past. Now we are moved to our new house but all the neighbours have extended their house ilegally, hene the road become very narrow. They are also park their cars on the road. Our house is last in our society and due to illegal extension of the house and car parked on the road on both side we can not move our vehicles.

When we reuqest my neighbour to move his car so that we can go out they use all abused word and always ready to fight.

Its really stressful for us to live here like that,

please help us.
