Sir, My self Soumya Kanti Das, staying in Buroshivtala, kolkata. My uncle is having one dog, who is very aggressive & arrogant. That dog creates problem on our entrance special to my wife and my 2 kids of age 5 years and 8 years. After so many request to my uncle they didn't put the dog with chain. They (Uncle) are trying to harresh my family. Intensionally the make the dog free in our common entrance so that the dog creates problem to us. 2 days back that dog barked at my wife and put a scratch in my wifes left hand.
