Neighbors coconut trees causing damage

Dear sir,

I am teena thomas living in vattukalathil (h), Nattakom PO Kottayam, KERALA,

Sir in the property in front of our house, there are 3 or 4 coconut trees leaned towards our private road. this private road is using by 3 families including ours and there is no other way leading to our home. The dry coconuts from the tree are always falling on the road and the owner is not caring about it.day before yesturday one coconut fall on my sisters head and she is taking medicine for that ..on that day itself we informed the neighbor and ask them to do something but they are not ready to do anything..now this coconut trees are becoming a life threaten for 3 neighbour families including us..what we will do now??.please help us .. kindly do the needfull
