Neighbour Noise pollution
Constant AC Noise and Air Pollution

Dear Sir,

I am living in an elite residential building on Palm Beach Road, Sanpada.

Recently one MNC Nissan car showroom opened in front of the building.

They installed 4 big capacity industrial AC units on the back side of the

showroom, towards the residential building.

This has caused great discomfort to the residents of the building, specially

to the lower flats.

We had send numerous complaints to the builder to solve the issue but

nothing is moving.

Since a couple of the days, all the AC units have started operating, they are producing

very high humming sound, which are very uncomfortable to the residence of lower flats.

It has become impossible for us to open any of our windowstowards the commercial

unit side and the constant humming noise / sound is veryirritating, causing headache.

I have a 3 months old baby, who’s behavior is changing due to the AC unit noise.

The baby is not able to bear the constant noise coming fromthe AC unit.

Please advice as to where i can lodge a formal complaint with any govt authority.
