Neighbours in apartment
Harassment by neighbours

Hi,

I stay in an apartment where there is a common corridor leading to the entrance of two flats. The flats are side by side. My neighbours always let down the dirty water and waste in front of my house after cleaning the foyer area in front of their flat. Iam not able to place any obstruction also as this being the common area. But this has become a major problem as my news paper becomes wet and iam not able to use it. When i ask them, all the family members comes out and fights with me. Also they let the kids play in the corridor, which they are not supposed to do as per association rules. If we ask them, they use all sorts of dirty words. It has become a night mare to stay here. Please suggest what action can be taken on them.
