False Commitment

Hi,

Can some body help me in knowing the process of getting my money back. One of the executive representing the company convinced me on opening a Dmat account and had asked me to deposit 10000 rupees which which would be refunded by the firm after 6 months. he said the brokerage deducted shall be reduced and the balance shall be deposited automoatically into my account.

I have been writing mails to them but there is no response from the company.

Need an advice on the how to get my money back.
