Noise Pollution due to Jagrata's every few days

Hi, I want to file a complaint against the noise pollution due to increasing number of Jagrata's being held here. Few people living here are holding the jagrata's every now n then. Can something be done about that. We have suffered during Exams and few Important things. We are not able to sleep sometimes the entire night and we have a to goto. Its really inconvient to not being to sleep the entire night and goto Job and when you come back you find the same thing happening. Please we would really appreciate if something can be done about this. I am talking about the A block New Moti Nagar.
