Noise nuisense

Dear Sir/Madam,

Am residing in Sterling Apartments, Guduvancherry.my next door tenent is harrasing us with noises.mornings and evenings with noise in tv, we arenot able to keep the door open neither my daughter could study.we have told them already, but still it persists.they are not responding to us properly.we are the owner of our flat, but still we are helpless.tell us what we need to do at the earliest.
