Leakage from ceiling

Dear Sir,

There is leakage from the top floor neighbours since last 6 to 8 months and since our building at Khar Danda are build on slabs, there are chances of the Iron bar bending and falling down. I have made requests to them on a number of times but to no avail. There is a leakage from their bathroom and WC as well which is dripping directly on our bed Our total area is 270 sq.ft and we have no place to shift our bed and sleep. I cannot carryout any repair from below the ceiling as it is slabbing and not RCC construction.
