Oranze kids store in metro walk
Poor quality & no customer satisfaction

I bought one water bottle from the oranze kids store in metrowalk. At that time store manager assured that the water bottle will serve atleast one year, if not then we are here. The water bottle get damage within 15 days. I went to store for complaint to the store. The Store manager didnot want to listen.

The matter is not for money. The matter is customer satisfaction and response of store manager. They respond very poorly. I think no body will tolerate poor response from a store manager.
