Fake account problem

Someone has created a fake profile of me and posted some of my pics along with. In that profile i am shown as married. this has created a lot of problems in my personal life. my marriage proposals got rejected because of tht profile. I have complained to orkut people but no steps have been taken yet.currently i am going through severe depression and don't know what to do.
