As my husband is neglecting and harassing me for want of additional dowry in order to go abroad by that amount and threatening me with dire consequences to leave me here alone, I request your good authorities either to seize the Passport of my Husband bearing Passport No. H4368660, dt: 06-07 of my husband Mr PALLAPU VENKATA RAO, PUNNURU and as a criminal case has also been lodged against him vide FIR No.172, U/S.498-A IPC and Sec.3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, dated: 11-08 of Sultanabad Police Station, or to keep the passport in Block List until pending my matrimonial dispute with my husband.

I further request your good concerned to please inform me about the action taken by you in this regard.
