I J. Malleswari submit the few following lines for your king information and favorable early orders. I applied for passport during 2010 but after expire of currency period the application has been return to me with remarks for want of new Demand Draft for Rs.1000-. Hence I have taken Demand Draft from SBI, Hindupur for Rs 1000- and resubmitted the application under Registered letter No. 2256 Dt:28-07.at Lepakshi post Office.

My daughter Soujanya siromani software Engineer working at Boston United States of America and she is pregnant. Hence I want to be there immediately for support of my daughter.

Hence I request you sir, kindly issue passport to me which is very in-need in this circumstances to go America.
