Sir,

This is to bring to your notice the atrocoties done by the Street Mobile Ironing Man Mohan in 4th Cross Street, Karpagam Gardens Adyar, Chennai - 20 .

He has been a perpetual nuisance for a long time. He has two or three of his boxes put occupying atleast half the road and always a dozen of men surronding it.

They are like they own the street, everyone has to pass through them, listen to their nonsense, and whatever is happening they are updated.

They indulge in abuse, staring at women folk spreading rumours, littering and drinking.

Most of them look like criminals, and the owner of this Mobile Iron Shop keeps changing the people often, after some police round up or theft or chain snatching incident occurs.

They are a suspicios lot and more of nuisance value than any other.

In other areas such people are spotted alone and do their work and go home. But this man is seen loitering around the area till late night even after finishing the work.

The area has no Security Services.

Whenever a Police Patrol is there he disappears like an innocent man only to resurface and cause nuisance.

My appeal is to remove such ppl from residential areas and have their shop away somewhere maybe only on main roads or where there is less residential premises
