COURIER NOT DELIVERED

I was sent courier from Bhopal to Jabalpur on 12/06 and the docate no is 1400074536. The same has been delivered to Jabalpur Madhur on 13/06 but courier is not delivered yet to the concern address.

My Jabalpur relative was taken follow up with your Jabalpur Branch and they said - There is no body for sending the courier and collect the same from Branch office.

Pls look into the matter and take the complaint very seriously.
