Here i am placing the complaint of my friend's brother, who was still missing from Patna since 4 years. He was doing Diploma from Electronics &Communication from Patna Politechnique-13 that time. we are still searching him and make complaint in every police station of Patna, but we did not get any reply from police, we also not know that he is alive or not right now. His family members are so much dipressed after this incident. Now this is the first time that we are approching any News Channel or national level. So, this time we are expecting some news or condition of his.
