Selling cheap quality School Bags at high price

I Purchased a School Bag and school Uniform for my daughter from Pin-A-kin Garments shop on MG Road on 15th May 12. School started on 4th June12. My daughter used the school bag for hardly 9 DAYS to school and its zip became faulty and bag started ripping from the sides. I purchased the BAG for 460 rupees. I went back and asked for either money refund or bag exchange which was outrightly rejected by the shop. Instead i was told that they can alter and fix the same bag and i should come to their shop after TEN DAYS!!! That means i had to purchase a new bag for my daughter. I asked them to fix the bag in two days which also they rejected staightaway. Please note my daughter studies in Class1.I am writing down her class because they said my kid would have used the bag roughly which is totally rubbish.

Kindly stop such shops from selling cheap school bags at a price which is totally not matching the quality of bag.

Also they must replace or fix the bag immediately keeping in mind that schools have already started.
