Inconvenience in delivery

Hello sir these is to inform you.that we had subscribed your newspaper which had give scheme for a year.and we were supposed to give the coupons every month.as we used to do the same.but now the vendor has asked some extra charge (10 to 15 rupees) which we were not informed earlier.he complains that he has to walk all the way to third floor which he cannot.and if we do not do so he willl stop putting newspaper on our door.as soon as we have subscribed these we are getting the vendor problems.i think these is my second or third complaint againt vendor.

so its my humble request for you to see upon the matter.and get me solved out of it.hoping for a positive feedback from your side
