Why they Require Police complete to get incoming and outgoing calls for my wife no

Respected Sir,

I want details of incoming and outgoing call for prepaid but they want police complete . how is it possible for getting call details they require police report for my own wifes number. this is not possible.

So suggest any other way to get it. its important.
