Hi,

This is to inform everyone about the experience I had yesterday with the customer care executive on 198 service of Airtel.

I called up the 198 no.to register a complaint regarding a tariff voucher that was not working. The executive first told me that his computer was not working and then he started to ask me personal questions as to what do i do or in which class i was studying. I gave the phone to my mother and he said that my mom's voice was not good and that i should take the call. He was such a bastard. When I shouted at him he disconnected the phone and now when i try to connect to 198 it throws me out of the IVR.

I want to ask is this kind of customer care service Airtel is providing to girls? Are they not safe when they call to customer care? I have woked with international companies where each call was monitored, and see here a company like airtel doesn't even bother to have the guilty punished.
