Noisy aluminum fabrication co. In residential area

I live near Asha Kiran school in Jayathi Nagar road from Raghavendra Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar. Recently a new aluminum fabrication shop has been opened near our house in a newely constructed buliding which creates a lot of noise and disturb our family life. This is in addition to the building construction works nearby. Is there any law in Karnataka which prevent opening up noisy industrial workshops near housing layouts?
