Sir,

Sub: Complaint on my neighbor who are not filling and paying Income Tax.

This is well wisher of Government and Income Tax payable Indian Citizen.

My neighbor name is Mr. Madhavaiah Bodagala, he have more than 6 crores of money and property in his name, wife (Narasamma), Son (Srikanth), Daughters and other names. He is running a Textile business and he didn’t pay the Income Tax and filled the IT returns for the past 4 years as my knowledge. I got this information from one of his family member.

He is earning the money in the form of Business profits, Agriculture profits, House rents and other sources, without my knowledge he have other buildings/plots/lands. With my knowledge he have Bank accounts in State Bank of India, (Ashok Nagar Branch, Tirupathi), ING Vysya Bank (Tirupathi), The Chittoor District Co. Operative Central Bank (Tirupathi, Puttur). He is not showed these above profits in his IT returns, which he has filled on 5 years before.

He constructed 2 new buildings at Tirupathi, bought lands near Puttur (10 acres), and plots near Tirupathi.

He gave some money to his daughters for buy buildings at Chennai and Tirupathi and recently he visited USA. He gave huge dowry to his daughters for their marriage gifts in the form of Cash, Gold and Land.

All of his family members are Income Tax holders only. But they are not filling the Income Tax returns for the past 4 years. If anyone asks about the Tax, they are saying like we are managing Income tax people by giving money/gifts, then no need to worry about the Tax and filling.

His is living with his family people at Ashok Nagar, Near Municipal Office, Tirupathi, AP and his business address is No: 216, Bodagala Hand Looms, Tilak Road, Tirupathi, A.P.

Please take necessary action and save Government Tax.
